I was about to change provider from BT to EE after coming to the end of my contract and the associated price rise. However before i did BT came back with a better price which EE couldn't match so i decided to remain.
To cut a long story short, my broadband stopped working on the date I should have transferred and hasn't worked since. I've spent hours on either the phone or online chat (mobile data) repeatedly being told that there is nothing wrong at their end and that an engineer would need to call.
Very nice engineer called this morning, checked all the wiring, exchange connection and found nothing wrong. He then spoke to the connections team who said my broadband had been ceased even though I'd already spoken to them and they'd said everything was fine.
My smart hub is now randomly going from solid orange to green back to solid orange.
