Hi all,
Any part of BT will be happy to let you know your contract term. Personally I'd recommend the livechat at the top of the Bills & Call packages board for ease but any contact into BT will work. The Mod team will also be happy to help you out.
Its definitely not on the bills but I'll feed this back and see if its something we can introduced in the future.
Thx
Craig
BT IS THE WORSE COMPANY I EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO BE CAUGHT UP WITH
THEY ARE LIKE SECOND HAND CAR DEALERS, NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER
THEIR BROADBAND IS STEAM DRIVEN AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO EXISTANT
THEY ARE DECIETFUL DISHONEST AND EVASIVE
DO NOT LIVE TO REGRET IT.....JUST DONT TOUCH ANY BT PRODUCTS WITH A BARGE POST DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO TO A SUPPLIER WHO GIVES A **bleep**

...and just how is your post assisting the OP?
Your post has no evidence of what you are suggesting. It is simply a rant.
Assuming that your userid of 'kopite96' means that you you are a teenager from Liverpool, my father, originally from Bootle, will be turning in his grave.
I have same problem now.
They called me today (23/08/14) to "remind me" 20 months later that it expired in Jnauary 2013, which I know is NOT true, as I had to agree a new contract after that date to get Infinity and BT Sport.
The big problem is they HIDE the details so that unless you actually receive a printed copy you have no idea.
Also when it expires you lose any discounts that may have been in place.
Strange they want us all to have "paperless billing" and deal with everything online, yet HIDE the most basic details -
Start/End contract - from us online.
Off to check out Virgin and Utility Warehouse.
If my contract has expired then no get out clause/charges can be in place!
Just a MAC required to swap over.
Ah! But maybe not true. After all they made changes to my contract regarding 1571, Caller-id, etc., in the last few months, so I bet they will say "oh but you do have a contract with us"!!
Wish me luck
you can get your contract end date by using live chat http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact/c/2902/?s_intcid=con_intban_sanda_contact_us_chat_from_forums
it is certainly not hidden

Still not sorted despite a promise that the info will be included on the bill.
Methinks there might be a case here for BT to be reported for mis-selling by the action of deliberatly excluding account-decision making information.
