Halo1 double data

I have BT Halo 1 broadband and BT mobile sim plans for 3 mobiles. Why has my double data allowance stopped?

Ring the mobile team on 150 from your BT mobile or 0800800150 from any other network.
The terms haven't changed, Halo still offers double data, it could be something with your account settings, report it and let them fix it.
