Happy Newbie :)

I'm a newbie to BT and love the phoneline, the broadband,

the new phone I bought from BT, the service installation,

and the exremely helpful people at the other end of the line

each time I have a question.

So all in all I'm 100% happy customer πŸ™‚

Hi Christopher thankyou I will πŸ™‚

I am still happy, I have the standard broadband 

but to me it is very fast as I am used to dongles in the

past, so this is great, much better.

At the moment I have 2 puzzles which are 

side-issues really, and I've put them on the other forum.

but the service of phone and broadband I am very happy with πŸ™‚

LOL πŸ™‚  I didn't realise I was supposed to say

that the reason I was getting help, (up until the

other day), was because I was contacting the button

option to buy the Vision upgrade each time I had a

query. I couldn't figure out  which automated

selection got me to speak to a human LOL πŸ™‚

Toekneem I love that you have reached the

level of 'Distinguished Expert' here and

still cannot decide what a 'human' is Smiley Very Happy 

Humans are the ones who get happy, sad, grumpy

and occasionally press the wrong button whereas 

machines are the ones who smirk as they endlessly
