@Ryan98 I tried calling there but missed you, I've change the profile back so you should see an improvement in the next 24 hours and I'll follow up with you again on Wednesday.

tested the Broadband Speed still 50 down and 9 up no improvement yet, did disconenct around 3am though this morning ip profile is still showing 53.25 and upload set to 20. ip profile.png

That's weird, you have been changed to Infinity2 as your upstream IP profile is now 20 but you are still stuck on Infinity1 speeds. Perhaps a DLM reset is also needed.

It has been giving strange speeds for a few weeks not sure what the problem is with it BT dont seem to know themselves.
