We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
We left BT back in April, but are still receiving bills for a BT broadband connection.
I have repeatedly phoned BT Customer Care (they don't!) and got nowhere. They insist that I still owe nearly £90 for a broadband connection up to September. The closest that I have got to a "solution" is to pay the outstanding bill, then they will "look in to the problem". I won't pay money that I do not owe.
So far, I have been promised a call back. That was about 3 weeks ago. No call received. I called again on 27th June and the person I was speaking to even insisted that I pay an additional £30 to get the broadband cancelled. No way! I asked for a formal complaint to be raised but have heard nothing since.
Now it's up to the forum pages to see if I can get this issue resolved as I am not prepared to be put through the misery of talking to someone who will do nothing. At least there seems to be a degree of success for issues raised here.
What are the next steps? Talking to BT doesn't work. Forums - please help!

Here's an update to the problem.
I received a call on the 5th which I was hoping would finally put and end to this. I thought it was all resolved with the cancellation of all charges including the £30 broadband "cancellation".
All went quiet until today, when I receive YET ANOTHER BILL! This includes the late payment charge for the rental AFTER I left BT. It came with a refund for services not used (!) but BT still want £13.60 from me.
I tried online chat who couldn't help. I was put through to someone in the UK whoagreed this was not correct. They passed me to Billing who went back to the "You owe us £13.60". No go!
Then I'm passed to a "Supervisor" who finally says they will send me a credit. Somehow the genius brain that is BT has worked out that a refund of £37.50 translates into a cheque for £23.70 (now try and work that one out!).
Hopefully (please please please....) that should be the end of it.
BT has now permenantly etched itself on the list of companies NEVER TO DEAL WITH. This has been an utter chambles from start to finish.
I actually received a cheque yesterday for the outstanding credit.
Hopefully this is now the end of my involvement with BT.
I won't even be tempted to return when hell freezes over.
