Have just 'upgraded' to the Big entertainment package and cannot now get Channel 4 catch up. I have tried updating the app from settings but just tells me that it cannot update them at the moment .

Oh OK thanks. I can get the programmes that I want on my laptop though, it's just on my TV that they don't appear.
