Hi @Mjturner1,

This is still being looked into for you. Our team have come back and told me that this wasn't done as a £50 cashback cheque. They're telling me that the order was done through TopCashBack (TCB). They've sent it to TCB for further investigation. If it hasn't already been authorised they should do it for us Smiley Happy

I've just got my latest update @Mjturner1,

This was authorised by BT on the 30th of April. It has been waiting approval by TCB into your account. We've sent them a reminder to complete the transaction into your TCB account. You should have it in your TCB account before the end of the week.
