Have you got eSim or not?

Hey

There is no excuse not to support eSim in this day and age. A cheaper, greener, more sophisticated technology that almost everybody else supports. You must have an ETA by now? Otherwise, I may join the list of people moving on to other providers.

In saying that... what is this link about:

https://www.btplc.com/Thegroup/Ourcompany/Groupbusinesses/BTTSO/index.htm

In the section "How we're doing" it says: Working with EE, we’ve driven the adoption of eSIM (electronic SIM) technology. Instead of being a removable card, eSIM sits on a chip inside a device – which lets smaller gadgets like watches connect to a mobile network. This technology was instrumental in the launch of the Apple Watch Series 3 on EE’s 4G network. The watch lets wearers leave their phone at home and still be connected.
