Haven't received £40 M&S voucher

Hi Daniel

I have the same issue as oggyoggy83 with an overdue M&S £40 gift card. I had an offer from uswitch that I clicked through from on 27 Sep and my Fibre broadband went live on 12 Oct. I received the Echo and BT Mastercard as promised, thank you, but no sign of the M&S card yet.

It was originally claimed by someone at BT chat support as I was asking for help in finding the claim page for the card. I did chase after 30 days but was told to wait for 45 days to elapse.

My original order ref was shown on the confirmation email as **Edited**.

Please let me know if you need further information to help sort this out for me.
