Understandably Openreach have cancelled home visits which means my FTTP installation which I booked around the 23rd of March isn't going ahead and I'm returning the Smart Hub 2. I did expect this but I have a few questions about where to go from here.
Does anyone know if when visits are back on if they will be automatically placed for us, or if we will have to place the order again?
If the latter, is there anyway to pre book the installation in for when Openreach starts up home visits again?

AFAIK installations will recommence after 1st June providing the situation has changed and there should be no need to rebook.
Were you asked to return the smart hub 2?
Alright, thats good to know thanks. I presume closer to then I'll get an update on the specific day and time the enginner is visiting?
And about returning the Smart Hub 2, after I got a phone call and voicemail around a week again indicating that the order had been cancelled, I got a new order in my orders which has "Equipment return" "Free Smart Hub 2 for Recovery orders only (FTTP customers only)". So I figured I had to return it. I still have the Smart Hub 2 as of today though.
