I check my speed regularly, so I still can't understand why it would be 'acceptable' for it to drop 25% (10mbps) downstream and 50% (4mbps) upstream after the reported line fault!  Surely the least I could expect is to be back as it was?

 

Surely these are more akin to Infinity 1 speeds ?

...and surely they are only within range if classified as a Range B (Impacted) line ?  And even then, upload is still OUT of range!

my speeds dropped drastically and after the phone line was fixed i still needed another engineer to plug into my master socket and send signals backwards and forwards and then the speed shot back up and has stayed at 51 since.

 

only problem it still seems like it struggles to open some sites and its defo not my laptop.
