I'm sorry you're having problems with the email. There might not be much we can do to help but I'll be happy to take a look at this for you. Can you please drop me over an email with the details? You'll get the contact the moderators link in my profile.
If on a mobile device you will need to use the "full" site and not the "mobile" site. You then click on the moderators name and you should see a link. Click that and fill in the form.
You should be able to reactivate your email address yourself from the email management page if it is within 60 days.
You need a BTID first.
