Help - Error 553

I haven't been able to send any emails to friends these past 2 days, its says Error 553, something about spamming, phishing detected or an erroe in url link.

My emails are just short emails to family and friends, which I send weekly, nothing in them that could be spam etc

Can anyone help me please

Try switching off your BT Hub for 15 mins. When you restart it it should have a new IP address and hopefully connect to a different email server which may solve your problem.

I did that and it let me reply to 2 emails from friends, but after that nothing is going again and I get

Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-1-1) ID (5ED9C5062D61A2C9) [Err code: 553]

Is there anything else I can try whats not too technical, Im old  and not too technical, plus emails are my lifeline with me not getting out, so Im lost without them.

Emails are arriving ok though and when I switched the hub off I could send the emails on my phone using 4g . Wifi is working fine for everything else

Was able to send 2 emails first thing this morning but now cant send anymore as Error 553 is back ?

Do I need to ring BT or can any moderator on here help me please
