I have a BT landline, and a BT infinity broadband package.
When I type my landline number into the system (i.e. My BT / login / forgotten your login details) it says I have 2 BT ids already.
One of them is a name (not an email address). I can log into that, however none of my BT products are listed under that ID.
The other of them is my primary BTInternet email address. If I log in with that I always get taken to my BT Yahoo email page, NOT to the My BT page. If I select the account info option from that page it does not show me any of my BT products and tells me I need to create a BT Id.🙄
Both of the BT Ids are messed up. I think the solution is probably to delete both of them, wait a day or two, and then start again and create a brand new BT Id.
Can anyone tell me how to achieve that?
