Help .. I've just bought a dongle

I've got BT total BB at home in Devon but want to be able to use the internet on my laptop when staying in London so I bought a BT dongle that I've just received but when I try to use it theres no network coverage , is there no coverage in mid devon I assume it will be OK once I get to London?

Best thing to do is make sure its all activated and registered contact the help desk 08007832326 another thing they might get you to do and it is quite handy is try the sim card in an unlocked mobile phone and see if it picks up a signal, if it does its more than likely a fault with the dongle.

also check Vodafone coverage of ur area as BT Mobile is an MVNO of vodafone,
