Hi Andy
It's in macmail. Online seems to be stable, but ghastly to use.
Getting the emails into my laptop is the problem.
I've just tried my wife's Mac and it won't connect to BtMail at all.
I just had an email confirming the post here that I did ten minutes ago, ironically......nothing else....!!

I thought it was Macmail - which frankly means that is the issue. If the emails are "taken back", they certainly aren't taken back by the server or BT.
The issue with client connection is well documented, and can last a few hours to a few days in a typical scenario. However if it's a BTMail account you've indicated, then that's different as BTYahoo accounts are the main culprit here.
I was BTYahoo, but the page I'm forced to use to login online appears to have lost the 'Yahoo' logo...
does BTYahoo still exist?

The webmail login is here :-
(and will divert)
BTYahoo certainly exists as I am still on it - and the logo is top left next to the BT globe.
Ah yess- there's the logo.
Shows how often I've used it.....
And another observation- BT, for weird reasons known only to themselves, consistently put any emails to me from Ebay
into the 'spam' folder. They are all there.....
You are with BT.
