Latest update I am now awaiting a call back Monday to re-order the order that failed... 😭😭

Latest update: As of writing this message the promised call at 11:00 today has not materialised.
Still have no Broaband and no incoming calls.
Working from home on the 4G WiFi hub is not great either as it provides about 1/4 of the speed I can get on my line.
I just wanted to let you all know that, thanks to a wonderful Openreach Engineer (who I will be telling Openreach about) my FTTC service finally works after almost 4 weeks!
He arrived at 9 am this morning, went off to do a lot of work behind the scenes and re-appeared around 1:15 pm.
By 2pm he'd left and the FTTC is now up and running. I am advised the landline will follow shortly.
Sadly having had to wait SO long to get it fixed, this is likely to be the end of my journey with BT.
