I wonder if someone can help/point me in the right direction?
I ordered BT Infinity and moved my line/calls to BT. I ordered on the 24th July 2017 when there was an offer which included a £150.00 Pre-Paid Mastercard (I have screen prints of this offer), the Inifinity/Line were installed on the 29th August 2017 and my order closed within 24 hours.
Upon logging in to claim my mastercard, the system states "No rewards available at the moment". I have checked and the orders have definitely closed.
There does not seem to be any means by which to email/contact BT to chase this. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

As noted 4 days ago, I completed the form and submitted it, I received a Query Reference and it said I should hear within two days, I have left it for four days but have yet to hear anything.
There does not appear to be any mechanism by which to chase this, are you or one of the mods either able to chase or advise who I can contact to expedite?
I have re-checked and no award is on the BT system, no email received, nor any phone calls.

Just a note to thank you for your help. Was contacted Friday stating in hand, was called today and and my reward has now been authorised.
