Thank you - Sorry I have only just seen this but we still have a poor speed so will collect the data requested then post in a couple of days. Just to check when you say linestats, is that the router info like I have already posted?  Thank you

Please stop restarting your router it will not help your connection speed the longer you maintain a stable connection the better

I realise this and hadn't restarted in weeks but it was the only thing I could think onto try and help this weekend, even short term (it has increased speeds before), as we were struggling to complete some online orders it was so slow

No - it was just our food shop and some stuff for the house!

No problem its just that BT business customers have a different configuration, and their own forum and moderators who can help.

We sometimes get BT business customers posting on this forum by mistake Smiley Wink

Generally drops in speed are due to line problems, especially a noisy phone line.

Hello I have saved the stats for the last few days using the BT wholesale test, wired to my iMac. Is there a way I can attach the document i have pasted this into? (some are screenshots that won't copy into here). Thanks Alex
