Hello

Thank you so much for your help - i really thought we had got somewhere.  Unfortunately after 2/3 weeks of consistent good speeds (3.3mbps) and closing the fault with you thursday we have again had the return of low speeds for no apparent reason.

This is the router stats (wired):

 Your DSL Connection Rate :4.26 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
 IP Profile for your line is - 3.5 Mbps

 

No faults are reported in our area.  Quiet line test is quiet!

It's a possibility some VLANs have been under pressure last 2-3 days, what with Youtube streaming Crufts etc. ... or maybe on a congested VLAN anyways, normally. If it gets better after Sunday, you'll know. If not, back to the drawing board and moderator assistance with BTw.

8am this morning - wired. The previous stats were at 7pm
