Yes i understand that. But it has also been known that a new connection has reset a profile but like you say the cheaper cost and better support will be worth it if nothing else.

Not entirely sure what you mean?  But does seem a smarmy remark. Are  you saying bt don't care about losing custom I'm not sure? 

 

I will be expressing how my 3/4 years with BT for the mystery consumer research company i work for in my spare time.

don't think that was intended only that fibre conenction will be the same but you may benefite from cheaper cost
