Will the line be retrainded again over the next 10 days?

I would try and avoid any resets apart from hub resetting itself as it settles 

down speed much the same as and big increase in upstream - as expected

Had to turn the mains off to install an EV point:

Will the training over the next 10days recover the downstream loss?

you just have to wait and see   when you need to disconnect the hub it is better to do it from the hub manager and disconnect from there rather than just switch off
