I'm trying to help my mother in law. She stopped receiving emails to her @talk21.com email address on her iphone Wednesday this week. I've just logged into her email account for her via the website and it says "Sorry, your BT account no longer exists...". I know she is a BT broadband customer, but I think she also had a premium email service which has stopped recently. Is there anyway she can get her email address and the emails back? She relies on the email for work. Thanks.

If the Talk 21 email address isn't link to a Broadband or premium mail account, then it could have been deleted. If you send me in your Mother In Law's details. I can take a look at this to see whats happening with that address.
