your stats are the same as you are still stuck in banded profile  you need to try and maintain a stable connection 24/7 for 3/5 days and banding should start to release  if you get to 3+ days stable then repost stats and maybe mods will help

Here are the stats  - it has been up and running for four days now, still at 288Kbps. The connection is not constant - every few hours something this is recorded on the log:

see if mods can help get you out banding  they will post a contact us link
