Help please

Can a moderator on here help me please. I have an email saying prices are changing which is fine but my "personalised offer" is not available to me as an order I placed in May 2016 is still being shown as open.

I can not deal anymore with the terrible phone service and the even worse online chat.

The only time I have had any success with BT issues is with the moderators on this forum.....please please help so I can sort my account out

If you phone the Options Team on 0800.800.030 they are usually very helpful and should be able to assist you.
