Ok I want to do this so that the wife and I can both use BT Cloud.....so have followed BT's instructions (always RTFM) that way it should work.
not for me......I've created email, changed the id in my profile , gone to my email clicked on the link to verify....enter password...green tick....almost immediately page displays verification failed....so tried again twice same thing...Ok change password...done that using current id....
Try again.....same thing.....green tick, then page displays verification failed....I must be missing the plot or BT's site is throwing a wobbler.
Any pointers?

Sorted.....well I hope so, although extras part on My BT is not available technical issue.... it appears the error was happening because the verification wanted the password for the current primary id and not for the new. Once I used that it changed the primary email, logged in with that and then changed the password.
Nothing like jumping through hoops.....
