Help with Asus DSL-AC68U

Go to solution

Hi Everyone,

I’m looking for a hand setting up my new ASUS DSL-AC68u to replace my HH5

Everything is connected correctly, I have ran through the set up wizard using the correct credentials. (bthomehub@btbroadband.com / BT)  but I am still getting internet status showing as disconnected?

What would be the first things to check? I feel like I’m being an idiot here as searching the forums most people with this device at least managed to connect up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, if anyone needs any more information feel free to ask and I’ll reply as soon as I can to the best of my ability.

Thanks in advance!

Hi thanks for the reply.

I have configured the dsl settings to the ones suggested in that post but I’m still getting a status of disconnected with no internet light showing on the router.

Is there anything else I can try?

Hi thanks for the reply.

I am trying to post a photo of my settings but for what ever reason they won’t upload even after compression. I’ll keep at it

Re: Help with Asus DSL-AC68U

is the time and date correct on the Router? If there is such an option

Since it seems kinda 4 years wrong 😛 see if you can change it.

Also you could try setting the Greenwich Mean time to British Summer Time or GMT +1 if there's an option
