Help with wiring

24D1B04A-B75D-4F50-8A4C-266F84D055B1.jpeg

My son pulled out a cable I think and my broadband is no longer working. Could someone have a look at the picture and advise me on what I need to do? The blue and the white wires connected in currently where definitely connected in there, just not sure which side each goes to. Also some other wires may have been connected.
not using telephone - just broadband needed.

thanks very much

Re: Help with wiring

It doesn't matter which way round the blue and white go. Are you sure they are the incoming wires.

Re: Help with wiring

Are you a BT broadband customer?

is that the master socket where the incoming openreach cable is connected?  If so is there any wires connected to terminals A and B?
