Hello Robbie - sorry you didn't catch me on the phone today. Yes the complaints department have been in contact and we have come to an agreement. Please close the case - we are not happy at all, but it has been resolved somewhat, and at least that deparment were civil to me on the phone. Thank you for following this up.
