Hh6 direct vs via modem

I have been having issues with my hh6 losing connection and cycling throigh the green and orange lights for a while (up to 40 mins) before reconnecting.

I still have an old modem from when I first got Infinity.

Has anynyone tried connecting the hh6  via a modem? Does it give a more stable connection? Any downsides?

You can't, it doesn't have a WAN port unless you have the FTTP version.
