Hi i was hoping an admin could look into my infinity speeds please i seem to have really high latency on the line i have run the BT speed test wired and the ping seems really high, if i play online games they just seem to lag out. Re: Hi Latency/Poor Speed

There's nothing wrong with your speeds, you are syncing at the maximum for Infinity2. Nobody can do anything about the latency. Are you connecting wired or wireless.

Re: Hi Latency/Poor Speed

Wired and a ping of 200 seems very excessive for infinity 2 what could be causing it do you know? Thx for the reply so far

Re: Hi Latency/Poor Speed

When you say wired do you mean direct ethernet from home hub to computer or via a switch/powerline adapters?
