For some reason my connection has a highly unstable ping (varies from 30ms to 500ms). Running tracert gives me this:
So maybe it's an issue with BTs routing since thats where the latency is introduced?
Hi @LibLib97 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your ping. Is anyone else using the broadband when this is happening and if so what are they doing?
Can you also post your router stats and try a quiet line test by calling 17070 from your BT Landline?
