As you can see my noise margin is high and I believe it could be why I'm getting only 3Mbit connection instead of 6-8Mbit. I have done quiet line tests over the past few days and it has tested negative for any background noise so I'm not sure what is wrong.

Hi Welcome to the forums


As you say  your noise margin is high 

as you have had over 6 days of stable connection


I suggest you contact the forum mods and ask them to reset your noise margin this is a link to them
they normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 72 hours

They are a UK based specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved
