once you can shoe 3 days+ stable connection post back the helpdesk page and we can ask the forum mods to change you to fast path that should help your latency

your hub needs to show 3days+ connection time before anything can be done to change your latency

the mods can be asked to change your latency to fast path which should improve your latency

it is not a routing issue interleaving was turned on on your line to stabilise the connection this is an automatic process turning it off should improve the latency
