Home Essentials - not registering

I am trying to swap my nan to the home essentials package however it says they cannot offer her the service as she doesn’t receive one of the qualifying benefits. She receives pension credits I have the letter in front of me with the same address and NI number that I entered. Can I send proof to BT she receives it so she can get the package? I called but got the answer ‘I don’t know’ which was less than helpful!

Is it the Guaranteed Credit ? Home Essentials states that Pension Credit is supported but has to be Guaranteed Credit.

The eligibility checker contacts the DWP, it then comes back with a yes or no for the order to proceed, speak with the DWP and see if the Pension Credit your nan receives is Guaranteed Credit
