I have reset my Home Hub 2 to factory setup by pressing the recessed red button. But when I go to bthomehub.home and enter the password printed on the back of the hub, it isn't recognised. There are 8 characters, these are either digits (3,6,7) or upper case letters (A,R,S,Z). No confusion about any of these, I'm sure I'm entering it correctly. Is there something else I could try?
Not sure if it will deal with your diffculty, but according to my HH2 Type B User Guide the "Reset to Defaults" button needs to be depressed for at least 15 sec to make sure all settings go to the factory default.
