This evening I am going to go and look at a BT Home Hub 2.0 which is dropping wireless connections.
I have been told that the owner of the hub cannot get into it using the admin password (password is rejected)
I believe a full reset may be needed.
If I carry out a full reset on the router, will it automatically reconfigure itself and connect to BT broadband, or will I need to log on to it and provide connection details manually?
after factory reset it should automatically connect to BT broadband without you doing anything plug and play
