Hi mate, I had a call from bt last night, they say they have done some sort of software update to the hub (I noticed it was doing a update wednesday) and you know what, so far ZERO wireless drops!!
The guy told me there is hundreds and hundreds of customers reporting the same problem, but the update is rolled out IF the problem is escalated!
Anyway, so far problem seems to be resloved!
What is your hub's current firmware version?
Does yours also now show a date after "Last Updated"?
To find it, enter the hub manager, click A-Z, navigate to S, click Software release (Hub)
@BT, I'd of thought that this should be rollled out anyway to prevent further complaints.

I have firmware 8.1.h.j type a
Update 5/1/11, then next to it in brackets 11/1/11
I rang BT and apparantly the date in brackets refer to a wireless driver update.
This doesnt sound to true to me, but then since the 11th my hub has worked perfectly, so what ever it is for, its done the trick.
