From time to time, not very often, my Hub goes into a warm start. It always seems to happen just after midnight. I noticed it happen this morning at 0019 as I was still up. I heard a click like a relay operating and noticed the lights on the Hub cycling in the same way as a power on.
The Event Log shows:-
00:19:22 14 Sep KERNEL Controlled restart
00:19:22 14 Sep SYSTEM timed reboot triggered by timeout
00:19:12 14 Sep FIREWALL event (1 of 2): created rules
00:19:12 14 Sep PPP link down (Internet) []
00:19:06 14 Sep DHCS server went down
00:19:06 14 Sep FIREWALL event (1 of 1): deleted rules
00:19:03 14 Sep SYSTEM reboot by Lua user
00:19:03 14 Sep CONFIGURATION saved by TR69
What or who is Lua user that is causing the reboot?
My Hub is very stable and I get a stable speed of between 8 and 9 Mbps. When the reboot occurs it synchronises quickly without much change in the speed.

I have never been sure of the mechanism that triggers these reboots but they seem a deliberate process. I had assumed that either BT had built it into the firmware or triggered action remotely. In any event, my HH2 also reboots in the early hours, roughly every 2 weeks, in the same way that yours does.
