Hi all, quick question.
Spoke to BT today as it seems like I had a fault with my Home Hub 3. They did a check and claimed there was a fault. They then sent me a new home hub which is arriving tomorrow.
However, I've just resolved the problem! Do I now have to use the new one when it arrives? I think I do because if BT ever need to help me again in the future, they won't be able to connect to my current one, as they have a record of the new one?
Do I have to return the old one?
Please advise, thanks.
So I will have to use the new one then?
Is there return packaging in the replacement one to return the old one back to them? I presumed I could keep it as spare.
