That works works in Hub v2 but not in v3.
Thanks for the tips with the loopback and disabling the upnp but it did not help.
Hope there is a solution soon.
Have you tried accessing your external IP from a machine outside of your local network? And even then does it fail?!
Yes mate, I have 3 Boardband lines in the house
And nope you get nuffin
We await a new version of Firmware
The port forwarding on HH3 is fine the problem is loopback! - i need to edit preview and design websites and i only have one monitor and two computers at home - I host a website on my server using HH3 and people can log on to the page no problems i even used proxify to view it myself and it works - just not when viewing it on my own network -
Is there a way of editing the Loopback config in the router itself? and have it released as an update for the firmware
I changed over to HH3 because of the difficulties and grief i was having from HH2 - kept freezing on me because of the data transfers! now i am thinking that i need to just get a different router altogether! - though if i do this i promise that i will be sending the invoice to BT for the inconvienience they caused me!
I know mate my Windows Home Server no dice as you say !
I want to work with BT to resolve this not start a "BT is ...."
