Home Hub 3 and wireless N

Hi all,

Finally got BT to accept theres a problem with my home hub 2 and they are sending me the new home hub 3. However, I have heard that the new hub only operates with wireless N so does this mean my 8 month old laptop with wireless A, B and G will not work with the new hub without an adapter or will it work at 54mbps as with the home hub 2?

Thanks

Duncan

Re: Home Hub 3 and wireless N

The new HH3 is just the same as HH2 in that respect.  default is b/g/n but can be changed to just b/g if that suits you better

Re: Home Hub 3 and wireless N

Thanks for your reply. As I will have 2 laptops connected wirelessly, one has wireless N and one is B/G is it worth buying a wireless N adapter for the B/G laptop? Your opinion is appreciated.

Cheers

Duncan
