Home Hub 5 Type A software v 4.7.5.1.83.8.173.1.6 Cisco AnyConnect issues

Hi, my router was upgraded to the latest software version on the 23/12/13 since then I have not been able to connect to my vpn via Cisco AnyConnect!!

 

It seems I'm the only one with the company who has this type of router and software revision level, has this been experienced by anyone else is there anyway to downgrade the software to confirm 100% that it is this causing the issues?

After a firmware upgrade, a factory reset is sometimes needed, have you tried that?

If in doubt go into the Advanced settings, broadband, VPN tab and change the setting for port clamping. If its enabled disable it and vice versa. Are you getting any sort of error messages?
