Home Hub 5 menu shows Hub 4 at top and only 1 gig port not 4?

Hi, I have a Hub 5 at home, works great, mate of mine has just upgraded her hub 4 to a hub 5 direct from BT, setting it all up, when I go into the menus on it, says Home Hub 4 at the top of the page, not 5 like mine. Also when I look into devices connected, I have all 4 Ethernet ports in use, it's only the 4th one that is listed as 1gig, the other 3 are showing as 100mb, same as the hub 4. Anyone know why? It's not what I suspect and it's a Hub 4 repackaged into a hub 5???

Cheers.

Suggest your friend refeshes the page in her browser, in case it's picking up cached information.

As far as port speed is concerned: the figure shown for each port will be the speed it's currently connected at, not the maximum speed it's capable of. Maybe the 3 ports are connected to equipment which can only manage 100?

Thanks, I did swap the port connections over, and the speeds did change. I logged in on the iPad, never know that to be an issue, same IP address as mine, mine shows Hub 5, hers shows Hub 4.
