Hi, I am running BT Infinity and Sky Q. The TV on the main Q box is 100% ok. On the TV connected to the mini box the connectivity drops for a few seconds intermittently with the message - you cannot watch TV at the moment due to a connectivity issue. After a few seconds the TV picture resumes.
I have tried stopping the 5ghz syncing and also changed the 5ghz SSID but it makes no difference.
Avoid using wireless if possible, as its easily overloaded. and likely to drop the connection if there is interference.
Try broadband extenders instead.
Thanks for the reply. I doubt if extenders work, Sky Q uses wifi to connect from the main box to the mini box.
