I'm trying to set up port forwarding for my Xbox. So under Advanced Settings I've put in all the ports but when I try to click apply nothing happens, the page doesn't seem to acknowledge that I'm clicking it, I've tried it in both Chrome and Edge and it's still not working ?
The Advanced Settings section of the manager doesn't even load half of the pages on it, for example I can't see the devices tab, it's just a blank page ?
Any advice ???
Try ONE factory reset of the Homehub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds. Then try again.
Just tried that and it's still not working, the apply button still doesn't work and half the pages refuse to load, i just get greeted with a blank page
Try the Firefox web browser, and make sure you are connected using an Ethernet cable, and not a wireless connection.
Are you going direct to the address for the DNS name ? Try http://192.168.1.254 instead of http://bthomehub.home if you are using the later. Also make sure you're forcing http rather than https chrome for example will not allow https on the homehub manager now due to the cryptography of the certificates in use being out of date. Overkill over a home network.
