The ADSL socket was installed by Openreach
The only other item pugged into my HUB is a SamKnows box monitoring my speed etc.
What is that, is it possible it could be causing the hub to restart?
SamKnows is an organisation that is monitoring internet connection speeds in association with Offcom and the EEC. I suggest you Google SamKnows.
I do not think the box is causing the problem. I had to return my old box when it failed and I did not have the new one fitted for nearly 3 months . I was experiencing all the same problems during that period.
Well I cannot see anything wrong with the ADSL stats you displayed.
There could be an intermittent bad connectio on you line somewhere.
What it needs if for Openreach to do a full "Quality Check" on all of the connections from the exchange, to your master socket.
This would be best arranged via the BT Care team.
