I am currently working from home on a work supplied PC that is VPN'd to the Office. I have also been given a work BT Cloud Voice Phone (Yealink T48G) with the idea of connecting up in the same configuration as it would be in the office (i.e. ethernet connection into the phone and then phone connected to PC) - However when I try this option the phone is dead.
I am using a BT Powerline 600 for my ethernet connection as the HomeHub is in a different room and I don't have dedicated cabling. I mention this just in case this is why it is not working as expected.
Is it possible to use the BT Cloud Voice phone at home?
