I’m trying to reconnect a smart bulb to my home hub, it finds it but keeps timing out. I wondered if anyone could tell me if it has anything to do with bt home hubs wave length. As it only works on 2.4ghz the thing is it was working and has been fine before. Please bare with me I may sound like I know what I am talking about but I would not have a clue how to go into the settings of my home hub and thought terrifies me. I have a home hub5 and have fibre optic broadband ? Thanks
Try a factory reset of the home hub.
Then turn off smart setup.
Also try separating and renaming the SSIDs.
